More details on the movie...

Not that long ago, Josh tweeted:

Well it appears my guess (see this post) was way off.

Variety has just posted this:

Marisa Tomei and musician Josh Groban have joined the cast of the Steve Carell-Ryan Gosling marital crisis comedy for Warner Bros.

Story centers on a father whose life unravels while he deals with spousal problems and tries to manage his relationship with his children. Annaleigh Tipton ("America's Next Top Model") and Emma Stone have already been cast.

Tomei will play the first woman that Carell's character dates after he's been schooled by Gosling's character in the art of meeting women. Groban will play the boyfriend of Stone's character.

Pic's produced by Carell under his Carousel banner and by Denise Di Novi. Charlie Hartsock and Vance DeGeneres are exec producing.

John Requa and Glenn Ficarra will direct from Dan Fogelman's script.

Yeah... An Update...

It's been awhile, but here's Josh's latest vlog.  Lot's of info.

Enjoy! (I found the audio quite soft, so I found that using headphones made it easier to listen to.)

"3 days in a row of NON STOP MUSICAL ACTION! OOOH YEAAAHHHH."

With Lady Antebellum (Pt.3)...

I know, three posts on the one performance might be considered a bit OTT, but seriously, it's like Groban has emerged from some sort of self-imposed exile. It's so good to hear & see him performing on stage again.

Call me crazy, but seeing this actually makes me believe we might see a new album before the year is out. Well a girl can dream, can't she?

And if you go back to Part 2, the full-length video is now embedded in the post.

Josh returns to Glee...

Yes, Josh will return for the season ending episode of Glee due to air in the states on June 8th.

"Of course, no competition would be complete without a panel of celebrity judges, and at last night’s comeback party in Hollywood, series creator Ryan Murphy revealed the lineup: Previous Glee guest Josh Groban will be joining upcoming Glee guest Olivia Newton-John and Sue “Don’t Call Me Simon” Sylvester on the panel.

“The theme of Regionals is celebrity judges,” Murphy explains. “Sue is now a nationwide celebrity. And Olivia and Josh only like choirs that sing their songs, so that’s funny. They wanted to do something that played against what people think about them… to play against type. So we gave them an opportunity. And it’s funny to have Sue as a judge when she doesn’t really know about [music], and she has it out for that darn Glee club.”
