News just in - Josh Groban @ the Emmys...

Josh will be performing a four minute plus medley of memorable TV theme songs as part of the 60th annual Primetime Emmy Awards on 21 September. (And for me the absolute best news is that he won't be performing "You Raise Me Up" or "The Prayer"!!!)

The Emmy musical team compiled a list of about 50 classics before whittling down the selections. Themes from The Simpsons', The Brady Bunch and Friends' made the cut, but many choices are from an earlier era, before business and ratings strategies shortened or eliminated themes.

The medley itself is going to include approx. 25 theme songs, and we're just going to have to wait to see what made the cut. I CAN'T WAIT!!! Bring on the Emmys.

Josh is pictured below with the executive producer Ken Ehrlich of the show during a rehearsal for the theme-song tribute.
